during my two-night stay, I appreciated being just a short walk from Kiwanis Park and found plenty of local dining options like Julio's Market Chicken and Fish nearby, which made my city explorations even more enjoyable and stress-free.

Great location but some issues

I stayed for 2 nights in a standard double room. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to see. There’s a nice bar/lounge area to chill, but the staff could be more attentive. Had a weird experience checking in with another guest that seemed unnecessary. Just left me a bit unsettled overall.

The Standard King Room had a decent layout and the air conditioning kept the space nice and cool, making it comfortable during the stay. The location offered a quiet atmosphere that was appreciated, allowing for a good night's rest when the night activities settled down.

The hotel’s age showed, especially with a broken bed leg and a lack of sink stopper that forced me to improvise with a washcloth to avoid losing my contact lenses down the drain. Bath towels were painfully thin and small, leaving much to be desired. Additionally, the pool, although I was keen to enjoy it, looked uninviting with its murky green water and was totally off-limits for relaxation. The front desk promised 24-hour access but locked up early, so extra pillows were out of reach when I needed them.
